We drove from Kangaroo Valley through Berry stopping in at the cute Vinnies on the main street, then carried on to Nowra for a full day of op shopping which did not disappoint!

Our first stop was the Nowra Farmers Market to pick up lunch.
This wonderful deli has affordable fruit, cheese, crackers & fresh bread.
70% of their produce is locally sourced ♥️ build yourself a hamper to keep you going while you treasure hunt!

Nowra town center is amazing for op shops and some cute quirky second hand stores.
There are 5 ops all within a good walking distance from each other, an amazing second hand book store and a super quirky sewing store.
I would allow about 2 - 3 hours to cruise around all this treasure in town.

A short 10 min drive to South Nowra, will bring you to the creme de la creme of Salvation Army op shops.
I actually gasped when I stepped into this vintage wonderland!
Its huge - massive I tell you! Absolutely a must see.

Also high on our to do list while in Norwa, is a visit to the Recycling & Waste Depot & Buyback Center.
We were lucky enough to get a 1.5hr VIP tour of the center.
This amazing place blew our minds with its innovative forward thinking to landfill & waste, the things these guys are doing is mind-blowing.
We spoke about their soon-to-be facility, Bioelektra, that will divert 90% of general waste from landfill ♻️😍
The buy back center was dripping with treasure! And the prices will make you smile from ear to ear.

Should you wish to spend the night in Nowra, we recommend the Nowra Motor Inn.
With its wonderfully kitsch facade and well kept rooms, it was such a delight to stay in this wickedly retro motel! Its locally run, has a pool & a restaurant on sight.
