Toddle super smoothie

I don’t claim to have the perfect toddler - is there such a thing! She’s a fussy eater and certainly eats like a toddler, half eaten apples everywhere, 1/4 of a piece of toast for lunch - to my surprise she does love sardines! But ever since she was about 9mths old, I have made her these smoothies, and she LOVES them, she has one full cup every morning, its the most satisfying thing as a mum! ha

Ingredients

2 cups baby spinach
1.5 cups oats (I don’t cook them, the coconut water soaks them nicely)
2 avos
4 bananas
1.5 cups frozen raspberries
1 sweet potato, peeled, cut into chunks - boiled
4 or so cups of coconut water
4 dessert spoons hemp seeds
2 dessert spoons cacao powder
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp ashwaghanda powder
1 tsp spiralina
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 dessert spoons raw local honey
1 cup greek yoghurt or vanilla if you want it sweeter

I blend it all until ultra smooth up in a massive op shop glass jar I found (or just use a huge bowl) then I pour into these wonderful cups I found in an op shop from Boost Juice, these cups are awesome! (Im sure you could buy something similar from Kmart) Pop the lid on and freeze. Take one out each night and pop in the fridge for the morning with a reusable steel straw! Num Num! This amount of ingredients makes me 10 smoothies! That’s 10 mornings of the easiest healthiest breakfast ever.

Here is a video of another smoothie I also make, I switch ingredients up from time to time……
